No-Show | No-Sign Fee
- Notary wait time is 15 minutes.
- If the client does not meet the notary at the agreed upon time and location and/or refuses to sign, for whatever reason, the notary will leave and client forfeits paid mobile notary fee.
Specialty Notary Services For Real Estate Closings
Loan Modification: $50
Loan modification signings may include amended loan terms, payment changes, interest rate adjustments, maturity date extensions, or other lender-approved updates to an existing mortgage. We ensure documents are signed, dated, notarized where required, and returned according to the hiring party’s instructions.

HELOC Closing: $75
HELOC signings may include credit line agreements, mortgage or security instruments, right to rescind notices, affidavits, disclosures, and other lender-required documents related to a borrower’s home equity line of credit. We ensure documents are signed, dated, notarized where required, and returned according to the hiring party’s instructions.

Purchase Closing: $150
Purchase closing signings may include buyer loan documents, mortgage or deed of trust documents, closing disclosures, occupancy forms, affidavits, and other lender or title-required documents. Seller Closing: $100
Seller signings may include deeds, affidavits, transfer declarations, closing statements, seller certifications, tax forms, and other title or attorney-required documents. We ensure documents are signed, dated, notarized where required, and returned according to the hiring party’s instructions.

Refinance Closing: $150
Refinance signings may include updated loan terms, payoff-related documents, closing disclosures, rescission notices, mortgage or deed of trust documents, affidavits, and other lender-required forms. HECM Closing: $200
HECM signings may include reverse mortgage loan documents, borrower certifications, disclosures, mortgage or deed of trust documents, affidavits, and other lender-required forms. We ensure documents are signed, dated, notarized where required, and returned according to the hiring party’s instructions.

Piggy-Back Closings: $250
Piggyback signings may include two separate loan packages, such as a first mortgage and a second mortgage or home equity loan, along with closing disclosures, security instruments, affidavits, rescission notices when applicable, and other lender or title-required documents. These appointments require careful attention to each loan package to ensure documents are signed, dated, notarized where required, and returned according to the hiring party’s instructions.

Construction Closing: $300
