About Carrie...


Carrie began working in the legal profession at the age of nineteen after graduating from an ABA approved & accredited Chicago private college in 1988, earning a degree in Paralegal Studies. She has worked for a variety of law firms in the City and Suburbs of Chicago as well as many Fortune 500 companies. She is a member of the American Bar Association and her business, an A+ BBB accredited company, Chicago Paralegal Notary Services LLC is registered with the State of Illinois, having its headquarters in the City of Chicago.

Carrie has over 34+ years experience in the following areas of law: Business, Bankruptcy, Civil Litigation, Estate Planning, Family Law, Immigration, Personal Injury, and Real Estate.  She holds herself to a very high standard of ethics when it comes to providing non-legal consultation to potential clients, and always refers them to various attorneys for legal advice.

Carrie has been a dedicated and devoted public servant since 1991, and continues to serve the public. After working for the State of Illinois for ten years, she is also a Commissioned Official Notary Public for the State of Illinois providing general notary services to those in need.  She also works as a Notary Signing Agent, a specialized Notary Public specifically trained and insured, to work with consumers lender, title and other real estate documents. She must pass an annual criminal background check in order to work for some of the nation's largest financial institutions and national title companies, is trusted and loyal, and can assist consumers close on various types of loan transactions including but not limited to: residential, construction or commercial purchases, refinances, helocs, hecms, 1031 exchanges, etc. 

A Chicago native born and raised, Carrie is married with four adult children and one grandchild. She is Bilingual Spanish, of Puerto-Rican and Cuban parents and is the first generation in her family to settle here in United States. When she is not working, Carrie enjoys enjoys spending time with her family, reading, or bin watching great tv shows.
