Does Chicago Notary Services Provide Document Translation Services?

Yes. We provide English to Spanish and Spanish to English document translation services. 

What Do You Need From Me?

• Please bring in the original documents so we can make copies to work with.
• All copies will be returned to client once the translation services are completed. 
• Please make sure and double check to see if you have all the required documents before meeting with our notary. 

How Long Does It Take?
 

We require at least 3-5 days, however, should you need these sooner, we do offer Next Day, we can accomodate for an extra fee.

Does Chicago Notary Services Provide a Translator Affidavit?

Yes. We fill out, sign and obtain a notarization of the Translator Affidavit for each document we translate.

How Much Do You Charge?

• $  5.00 = Per Notarization
• $15.00 = One Time Admin Fee
• $20.00 Total Fees

For Expedited Next Day Service there is an additional $50.00 fee added to the above.

All fees due at the time of appointment.
