What is and why do I need Form I-9?

This form used to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States. All U.S. employers must properly complete Form I-9 for every individual they hire for employment in the United States. This includes citizens and noncitizens. Both employees and employers (or authorized representatives of the employer) must complete the form.

Many U.S. employers who hire employees abroad are also required to use this form. 

What Do I Need To Bring To Our Appointment?

  • Bring a printed copy of your Employer Notary Instructions which should provide details to the Notary Public including permission to act on behalf of the employer to verify the identity of their employee.
  • Bring two I-9 Employment Verification Forms or download below.
  • Bring the appropriate identification documents listed on page 2 of the I-9 form.
  • You may fill out the Employee part of the document, however, DO NOT fill out the section for the Employer part and DO NOT sign it until you are before the notary.

How Much Do You Charge?

$25.00 = Per I9 Form
$15.00 = One Time Admin Fee
$40.00 = Total Fees

All fees due at the time of our appointment.
