IS THERE A FEE FOR NOTARY PUBLIC SERVICES?
NOPE! Although Illinois law permits a notary public to charge up to a $1.00 notarial fee per transaction/signature, we at CNS waive that fee.

DOES CNS USE A CONTRACT FOR ALL NOTARY PUBLIC SERVICES?
CNS uses written contracts, whenever possible. Each clients' contracts are detailed with client information and a description of the services for which they are paying for.
CNS uses email and fax to send clients their contracts, and Paypal invoices are sent to the client or authorized payee for payment for our services. CNS does not accept
personal checks. At times, CNS may subcontract independent mobile notary publics for certain assignments. Clients are always updated with the names and cell phone
numbers of the notary public assigned and coming out to their scheduled appointment.
HOW DO I PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES?
CNS does have a pre-payment policy, prior to meeting with the signer. This is to ensure that our Notary Publics / Notary Signing Agents are not only made available for
paying clients', but will ensure those that book with us, actually show up to their scheduled appointments. There are certain circumstances that a CNS Notary Public will
accept payment at the time of the notarization, but these are rare, and you should call us FIRST, before booking to verify this. CNS is a trust worthy service and has been in
business since 2007. We are reliable, honest, State commissioned for Illinois, bonded and insured. CNS treats EVERY CLIENT like a VIP, and all appointments are kept strictly
By prepaying for notary or loan closing services, you or your clients, do not have to worry about carrying large sums of money to the appointment.
This cautionary measure greatly benefits you and your clients, as well as the assigned notary public. CNS can now provide PayPal Mobile for all credit or debit card

HOW LONG WILL CNS NOTARY WAIT FOR ME IF I AM RUNNING LATE FOR OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT?
Generally, our Notary Publics or Notary Signing Agents, will wait at maximum of .15 minutes during which they will call the client as a courtesy advising of their arrival at
the agreed upon location, and advise when they will leave unless otherwise agreed to stay beyond the 15 minutes. Both CNS staff and our clients are expected to perform
professionally at all times, and if running late to a scheduled appointment, are expected to send a courtesy text or phone call to the signing party.
However should client fail to show up to scheduled appointment (NO SHOW) or fail to reschedule the appointment with the Notary Public, Notary Signing Agent
or CNS staff, any and all pre-payments made for services, will be deemed forfeit by the client. This is to cover the travel expenses of the dispatched Notary Public or
Notary Signing Agents travel fee.
CAN YOU CERTIFY COPIES OF US BIRTH, MARRIAGE AND DEATH CERTIFICATES?
No. Per IL law IL notaries can not certify any vital statistic document or US school transcripts.
