To complete registration, fax your notary certificate and current
insurance policy.

Each registered notary public must have a minimum of $10,000
Errors & Omission insurance, and have for IL notaries, it is required
that you have a notary bond of no less than $5,000. All other notary
publics, must be in compliance with their own state notary laws and
requirements.
